*Jean Piaget mener dog Assimilation det vil sig at man får noget ny viden, som lægges oven i noget man ved i forvejen, altså bygger vide oven på &amp;amp; Akkomadition det man ved bliver lavet om *for at kunne lære det nye. Eks. En gang troede man jorden var flad, men fandt ud af at den var oval. Eks hvis man får et nyt job så skal man lære nogle nye ting&lt;br /&gt;

*Hvis vi fælles når frem til et resultat, må det nødvendigvis være det der er resultatet. Ved at løse en opgave i fællesskab vil vi kunne bygge på hinandens erfaringer og nå længere end *vi ville kunne have gjort som enkeltperson. Endvidere vil fejlopfattelser blive fundet og afklaret i den fælles dannelsesprocess&lt;br /&gt;

*Vi arbejder med SUZO der betyder at det som eleven kan i dag med lære støtte, vil eleven kunne i morgen selvstændigt. Det vil sige at vi arbejder med erfaring så kan løse opgaven med *hjælp i starten, og til sidst løse opgaven uden hjælp&lt;br /&gt;

*Hvis vi fælles når frem til et resultat, må det nødvendigvis være det der er resultatet. Ved at løse en opgave i fællesskab vil vi kunne bygge på hinandens erfaringer og nå længere end *vi ville kunne have gjort som enkeltperson. Endvidere vil fejlopfattelser blive fundet og afklaret i den fælles dannelsesprocess&lt;br /&gt;

*Grunden til at vi ønsker det er at vi ønsker at sætte fokus på at lære i fællesskab, da man ikke nødvendigvis på vores hoved forløb bliver undervist men hvor vi som lærer mere er *facilitator for læring. &lt;br /&gt;
*Det ligger jo direkte som næsteskridt på NUZO at eleven skal være selvstændig agerende, og udvikle sig yderligere sammen med andre.&lt;br /&gt;
